By creating an account or using Sentric, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Scope
Sentric is a software platform that ingests customer feedback and provides automated analysis and insights. Service delivery is primarily automated.
4. Plans and Usage
Sentric offers free and paid plans. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Usage is governed by your active plan and applicable limits.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed via Paddle (Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan and billing cycle.
6. Refunds
Sentric offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. Contact info@thesentric.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sentric for unlawful purposes, to disrupt service operations, to bypass security controls, or to perform unauthorized data extraction.
8. Data and Integrations
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to ingest and process any third-party data you connect. Keep API keys and webhook credentials confidential.
9. Intellectual Property
Sentric retains ownership of the platform, software, and brand assets. You retain ownership of data you submit to the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, non-payment, or security risk. You may cancel according to your plan terms and billing policy.
11. Warranties Disclaimer
Sentric is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes from insights.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice before the new Terms take effect.
